Project Details

To get new employees to understand the wide range of products that Hospira offers, and to keep existing staff members’ skill level up have always been a challenge to the company. Since i‑Learn was introduced to Hospira, the training and development department now replies on this brand new online platform to alleviate training pressure. Staff members are able to conduct pre‑requisite studies themselves by accessing the courses online; and complete the targeted quizzes before they advance to the next stage training.  Administrators can view every participant’s progress and provide feedbacks to each person. New courses are added constantly, making i‑Learn the evolving knowledge reservoir for the entire company.
